Demolition is a violent process. For this property, we completely documented the demolition through photography and were present through the entire process as witness to the destruction. We are only posting a limited number of the photos because we do not want to dwell on this portion of the process.

Chris' Excavating, hired by the previous owners, did a careful, skilled job. They salvaged radiators for us as they worked and were able to nimbly remove piping and other elements.
